The app

Flagfolio lets you record the countries and territories you have visited, see milestones, and create images of your collection. The free features — collecting unlimited flags, milestones, backups, and story and square cards with a small Flagfolio mark — are provided at no cost and may change over time.

Flagfolio is a personal keepsake, not an official travel document or record. Country names, flags and continent groupings come from the open-source flag-icons dataset and the ISO 3166-1 list; inclusion of a place does not express any political position.

Your data

Your collection is stored in your own browser (see our Privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups. We can't recover a collection that was deleted from your browser.

Passport Pro

Passport Pro is not on sale yet. The terms below apply once purchases open.

• Passport Pro — Founder's Edition is a one-time purchase (currently $9.99, plus any taxes shown at checkout). It is not a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, under its own terms. After purchase, Polar shows your license key and emails you a receipt; the key is also available in Polar's customer portal.
• Pro features are unlocked only after our server confirms your license key with Polar. Each license can be active in a limited number of browsers at a time, as shown on the Pro page; you can deactivate a browser to move it.
• The license is for your personal use. Please don't share or resell license keys.
• Images you create are yours to use personally, including printing and posting them on social media.

Refunds

If Passport Pro doesn't work for you, contact us at flagfolio.support@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

If we refund an order in full, we disable its license key. Pro then switches off in each browser the next time that browser re-checks the license with our server, which happens when Flagfolio is opened and the last successful check is more than a day old. If a browser can't reach our server, Pro keeps working there for at most 14 days after its last successful check. Partial refunds don't affect the license.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, for example by attacking or overloading it, trying to bypass licensing, or using it to break the law.

No warranty; liability

We work hard to keep Flagfolio reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Passport Pro. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
