Activate your license

Each license works in up to 3 browsers at a time. You can move it by deactivating a browser in Settings.

Is this a subscription?: No. Passport Pro is a single payment. There's nothing to cancel.
What stays free?: Everything you need to collect: unlimited flags, milestones, backups, and story and square share cards with a small Flagfolio mark.
How does unlocking work?: Right after checkout, Polar shows your license key and emails you a receipt; the key is also in your Polar customer portal. Paste it above. Our server checks it with Polar — Pro is never unlocked just by returning from checkout.
What if I clear my browser or switch phones?: Your license key still works: paste it again. If you can't deactivate an old browser, contact us and we'll help.
Can I get a refund?: Yes — see the refund section of our Terms. If we refund an order in full, we disable its license key, and Pro switches off the next time Flagfolio re-checks it (when you open the app and the last check is over a day old).
Do you see my flags?: No. Your collection stays in your browser. Activation only sends your license key.
